Billing Policies
Insurance co-pays are required to be paid at the time of your child’s visit to the office. Some insurance plans contain a high-deductible; this means that you may need to pay substantially higher fees to cover well-visits or sick-visits until this deductible has been met in a given calendar year. You may receive a bill from the office at a later date based on the explanation of benefits (EOB) provided by your insurance company. This bill should be kindly paid in a timely manner to the office.
